Level Two: Integrity and Leadership in the Workplace (3 days)
Day One:
- Understanding integrity decision-making tools.
- Learning the art of self-reflection and choosing between right and wrong.
- Discussing personal integrity codes and leadership styles.
Day Two:
- Addressing integrity lapses as a leader.
- Understanding the cost of integrity lapses and rebuilding credibility.
- Recognizing the value of acting with integrity as a leader.
Day Three:
- Practicing self-integrity.
- Setting goals for oneself and intentions for future practice as a leader.
Achievements: Upon completion of this module, participants will:
- Identify and apply ethical approaches in different organizational settings.
- Anticipate and avoid integrity lapses through practical steps.
- Develop personal leadership structures promoting leadership from the inside out.
- Learn how to make the right choices every day through self-reflection.
- Effectively deal with integrity lapses.
- Develop personal leadership skills of employees and adopt a proactive approach to human resource development.
Who Is This For? This course is for anyone demonstrating self-leadership and a passion for integrity, particularly those interested in hosting similar workshops.
Assessment: One written assignment, plus participation in all online sessions (or face-to-face if offered). Certificates provided upon completion.
Teaching Schedule: Fully online, unless otherwise negotiated. Level one is 2 days, level two is 3 days, and sessions can be broken into half-day sessions until the course is completed.
Delivery Options: This course can be delivered in-person or virtually as an open course or in-company training course.
